• PAYMENTS
We can
accept instant online credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, JCB cards and American
Express. Other electronic methods include MoneyGram and bank wire transfer. Please contact us for details.
• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
De moda will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with
your order. For custom designs we encourage a process of trading photos, samples, tests and prototypes before a large order is manufactured.
Non-custom items ordered from our current stock may be returned in their original condition and you will be given a refund, less a restocking fee
and shipping. Be sure to avoid surprises by confirming all expectations before placing your order. |

• SHIPPING
Most of our products are hand made to
order at our manufacturing facilities in Thailand. Due to special procedures in international shipping we choose from among several shipping
companies, depending on the shipping destination. In most cases products are sent by air through FedEx, DHL or TNT. The minimum international
shipping charge is $50. If your shipping charge is more than $50, we will send you an email notification of the exact shipping cost and ship out
your order upon your approval.
• DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be ready to
ship in 3 to 4 weeks after receiving your order and payment approval. It takes 7 to 10 days to ship from Thailand. |
